ICME ECAB SA places a lot of emphasis on the lifelong education and training of its human resources, which is the most important asset of the company. Thus it invests annually considerable funds in that direction.
The Human Resources Department in cooperation with the heads of all departments examines existing needs and organizes personal and group seminars.
New technologies and current business administration practices and tools are taught in seminars attended by the company’s executives, which are organized by universities and specialized institutions in Greece and abroad. Thus the company enriches its knowledge and skills, while at the same time opening up new career opportunities for its employees.
Training needs pertain to all Company departments and the topics of training programs vary depending on the needs, special job requirements and positions of employees.
